Leonard Peters (1999) is a filmmaker, artist and musician originally from The Netherlands, currently based in Berlin. He started his career as an actor, and has a strong passion for piano and singing. Interested in exploring the relationship between humans and nature, he connects this interest to the themes of decay and the poetry of everyday life. His practice consists of short films, mixed media performances and music compositions.
Leonard graduated with a Bachelor's of Interdisciplinary Arts at Zuyd University in The Netherlands, and he finalised the Master of Fine Arts in Film programme at HDK-Valand art academy in Sweden. Currently, Leonard is pursuing a Master of Fine Arts degree in Editing at Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf in Germany.
